Typographic Narrative

This piece was focused on typographically translating a narrative story. My particular story was about my cousin Will being diagnosed with cancer at the age of 3. I chose to explore the weight of the word "cancer" and the destructive nature of the word.

The paragraphs from the story form masses and globs reminiscent of the uncontrolled growth of cancer cells and create an erosion effect relating to cancer's damage.
